If you are pre-registered for TPF 2024, you should have received your registration confirmation by email when you registered. Bring it to the ‘Online Registration’ desk and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory. The registration area is located inside the Hitex Exhibition Center. The procedure is the same for the International attendees. The badge is valid for all show days.
Yes, simply fill up the ‘visitor registration form’ and submit it at the Visitor registration counter. You are encouraged to attach your business card to the form. You must be older than 16 years to visit the event. Registration hours are:
Monday, 5th August 2024 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday, 6th August 2024 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, 7th August 2024 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Go to the ‘Online Registration’ counter and provide your business card and your last name. The staff will provide you with a copy of the show directory and your name badge. The badge is valid for all show days.
The list of exhibitors, product details, floor plan of the exhibition, and other show information is published in the show directory which is complimentary for all.
HITEX offers an open car parking area to accommodate around 3500+ cars. All parking facilities are within a short distance of the center.

To reach the Hitex Exhibition Center in Hyderabad, you can use various modes of transportation:
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) is the nearest airport to Hitex Exhibition Center, located approximately 36.5 kilometers away. You can either hire a taxi or book a cab via Ola or Uber from the airport. You can also use public transportation like the bus and metro to reach the venue as well.
You can either reach Secunderabad station or Lingampalli station, the major Railway routes to enter the city. From these stations, you can take either bus, auto or cab to reach the venue. You can also reach the HITEC City Railway Station and take an auto-rickshaw, taxi, or bus to reach the Hitex Exhibition Center. It's hardly 2 km from the station and auto-rickshaws are readily available.
Hyderabad has a well-connected public bus network operated by the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC). You can check for bus routes that pass by or stop near the Hitex Exhibition Center.
If you are coming from your own vehicle or renting one, you can drive to the Hitex Exhibition Center. Parking is easily available on-site for visitors.
Hyderabad offers an extensive network of metro connecting various parts of the city. You can use the metro and get down at HITEC City station. From there, you may need to take a short taxi ride or walk to the Hitex Exhibition Center.
